Multiculture Teachers Our professional teaching team is composed of teachers from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, foreign teachers, returnees and teacher alumni from top universities in China, all of whom have more than three years of teaching experience, and all foreign teachers are qualified to teach in their home countries. We will also have a team of expert advisors who are well versed in the Hong Kong curriculum to provide students with a seamless transition to quality education in the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and internationally. Experienced and certified teachers from Hong Kong and Macao、Teachers graduated from top universities in China、Teachers graduated from top universities abroad、Native English speaking teachers from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and other countries. ZWIE has a systematic and perfect teacher training and empowerment system, providing professional training for all kinds of teachers. The school develops a personalised training programme for each teacher and provides a rich platform for teaching and research exchanges, so that teachers can grow together in learning from each other. We integrate rich domestic and international educational resources, and teachers regularly participate in training organised by the education authorities, IB official training and other internal and external professional training, as well as the world's top education forums and inter-school exchanges and visits, so that they can grasp the latest education dynamics, absorb the cutting-edge academic achievements, and continuously improve their teaching competence.

Recently, ZWIS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hong Kong Productivity Council to jointly promote science and technology education and talent cultivation for students; the first ‘Modern Pentathlon Federation of Hong Kong, China Guangdong Training Base’ and the ‘Hong Kong Athletes’ Contact Point in the Greater Bay Area’ have been set up in ZWIS. The first ‘China Hong Kong Modern Pentathlon Association Guangdong Training Base’ and ‘Hong Kong Athletes Greater Bay Area Contact Point’ were also set up in ZWIS, with a view to nurturing elite athletes among young people, and using sports as a stepping stone to help students to study in prestigious Hong Kong schools. In addition, the school has already entered into sister-school agreements with the Kao Yip Middle School from Macao,ELCHK Yuen Long Lutheran Secondary School from Hong Kong，Hou Kong Middle School from Macao，etc. Meanwhile,ZWIS has also signed an education co-operation agreement with the Tung Wah College in Hong Kong to implement the Principal's Recommendation Admission Scheme and jointly establish the ‘Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Talent Training Base of Tung Wah College’.In the future, the school will continue to actively seek co-operation with high-quality primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong and Macao, so as to create a platform for in-depth sharing of resources among teachers and students in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and to promote mutual learning and teaching.
