ZWIS has set up an X-centre to empower the personalised growth of our students, which provide personalised career planning, further education services and challenger programmes to support students to become the best version of themselves and to follow the path they have chosen and love.
                        			                                From the beginning of enrolment, the school attaches great importance to student career planning. For students who opt to career planning,they will undergo career planning assessment, equipped with internationally certified career planning tutors to carry out one-on-one counselling services to fully mobilise students' own internal drive and action milestones.

Assessment Objectives:
1 To understand the stages of cognitive development, differences in levels from the norm and individual strengths and weaknesses.
2 To provide individualised support based on targeted strategies to enable students to make more significant improvements through additional training;
3 According to the law of children's brain development, students, with the support of high-quality educational resources, can make local structural changes in the brain through training and promote the increase of grey or white matter (neurons) in the brain.

ZWIS has introduced the world's leading career planning system, Kuder Assessment, to provide students with scientific and comprehensive career exploration and education planning, allocating resources according to the child's personality, interests, and strengths, so as to open up the first step of the child's exploration of life.Kuder Assessment is designed by award-winning experts in the field of career counselling, and with the support of the system, students can complete career interest assessment, skills confidence assessment, work values assessment, and based on the results of the assessment, give appropriate matching industry, major, university and university information. With Kuder Assessment, throughout the planning stage, students can discover their strengths and explore and compare career and education options and as well as various career and education options, and finally set goals that they can continue to work towards. Using the rich resources provided by the system, students can plan to achieve their career ambitions.

In order to help students adapt to the life and learning in Kindergarten, Primary One, Primary Two and Primary Three, new students are prepared for the new school year through the six modules of the Bridging Programme, namely, social-emotional skills, academic articulation, academic development, sports, performances, and boarding and recreation in a step-by-step manner in the summer before the start of the new school year.

In order to embark on the road of future education, students of ZWIE can take the "Humanities and Liberal Studies" and "Science Masters" borderless learning courses in each academic year. They can walk into the long history of the founding of Guangzhou to appreciate the humanistic heritage, step on the old and new central axes to experience the beauty of mathematics, and go deep into the field of aerospace technology to marvel at the light of science and technology, learning on the journey.

In personalised growth planning, X-center develops achievement projects that match students' career interests, skill confidence and work values, and realises the implementation and application of ideas, knowledge and skills in reality.
